No listing fee, no monthly fee, no minimum spend, and nothing at all for the clicks that never turn into an order. Charged on what the customer paid for the goods Delivery charges are excluded. If a customer sends part of an order back, the commission comes down to match what they kept. Nothing is owed until the order is paid An order that is placed and then abandoned at the payment screen is visible to you both and charged to neither of us. A short approval period after payment Commission sits for a few days before it can be invoiced, so an ordinary refund cancels it before it ever reaches an invoice. Seven days by default. Invoiced, not deducted You get a numbered invoice you can download as a PDF and pay like any other. We never take money from your account.
