Whatever your store runs on
A free official plugin where the platform allows one, a paste-in snippet where it does not, and a REST API if you would rather do it properly yourself.

These platforms do not accept uploaded plugins, so we give you a short piece of code to paste in, with a step-by-step guide for each one and your details already filled in.
Custom or headless store
A documented REST API. Your server posts each referred order to one endpoint. This is the most reliable option of all if you have a developer to hand.

What you pay, and when
One percentage, agreed with you before you join. No listing fee, no monthly fee, no minimum spend, and nothing at all for the clicks that never turn into an order.
- Charged on what the customer paid for the goods
- Delivery charges are excluded. If a customer sends part of an order back, the commission comes down to match what they kept.
- Nothing is owed until the order is paid
- An order that is placed and then abandoned at the payment screen is visible to you both and charged to neither of us.
- A short approval period after payment
- Commission sits for a few days before it can be invoiced, so an ordinary refund cancels it before it ever reaches an invoice. Seven days by default.
- Invoiced, not deducted
- You get a numbered invoice you can download as a PDF and pay like any other. We never take money from your account.
The goods the customer paid for. Delivery is a cost you pass on rather than part of the sale we referred, so the £4.99 is left out.
Refund the order within the approval period and this is cancelled outright. Refund one of the two vials and it is recalculated against the one they kept.
Questions suppliers ask
No. The plugin is free, there is no monthly fee, and there is no charge for traffic. The only thing you ever pay is the agreed percentage of orders we actually referred.
No. Reporting happens after an order changes status, with a short timeout, and any failure is logged rather than shown to your customer. It cannot interrupt a checkout.
Only what is needed to work out commission: the order number, what it was worth, the currency, the line items, and a one-way hash of the customer email so repeat orders can be recognised. We never receive customer names, addresses or raw email addresses.
The commission is cancelled. If it was a partial refund, it is recalculated against what the customer kept. This is automatic, and it is why commission is held for an approval period before being invoiced.
Never. An order with no connection to a click we sent, or to a customer we previously referred, is not reported and not charged. Your ordinary sales are none of our business.
Yes, at any time. Deactivate the plugin or disconnect from your dashboard and reporting stops immediately. Commission already earned on completed orders still stands.
