Supplier Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These Supplier Terms and Conditions ("Supplier Terms") govern the relationship between PeptideSupermarket®, which operates PeptideSupermarket® at peptidesupermarket.co.uk ("we", "us", "our"), and any supplier, vendor or brand whose products are listed on the site, who holds a supplier dashboard account, or who books a paid placement with us ("you", "your").

They apply in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure. Where these Supplier Terms conflict with the Terms of Service on a supplier matter, these Supplier Terms take precedence. If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over both.

You accept these Supplier Terms by claiming or using a supplier dashboard account, by submitting your products or prices to us, by accepting a paid placement, or by continuing to be listed after being notified of them.

2. Being listed

PeptideSupermarket® is an independent price comparison service. We do not sell, supply, store or ship any products, and we are not party to any transaction between you and a customer.

• Listing is at our discretion. We may list a supplier we consider relevant to our audience, and we may decline or remove a listing at any time.
• A free listing does not create an exclusive, preferential or guaranteed arrangement, and does not entitle you to any particular position in our results.
• Ranking is determined by our published methodology - primarily price, alongside availability and the Confidence Score. Paid placements are separate and are always labelled as such.
• You may ask to be delisted at any time by contacting hello@peptidesupermarket.co.uk.

3. Product and price data

Product, price, shipping and availability information may reach us in several ways: collected automatically from your public website, submitted by you through the supplier dashboard or our API, imported from a feed you provide, or entered by our team.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data you submit to us, and for keeping it current.
• Where we collect data from your website, we do so from publicly accessible pages at a reasonable request rate. Tell us if you would prefer us to use a feed or the API instead.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your product names, prices, descriptions, images and logo for the purpose of listing and comparison, including in comparison tables, search results, guides, newsletters and social posts.
• Prices shown on PeptideSupermarket® are indicative and may lag the price on your own site. The price at your checkout always governs the sale.
• We may normalise units, dosages and pack sizes so products can be compared like for like.

4. Supplier dashboard accounts

If you hold a supplier dashboard account, you are responsible for keeping its credentials secure and for everything done through it. Tell us promptly at hello@peptidesupermarket.co.uk if you believe an account has been compromised, or if someone who held access has left your business.

Accounts and API tokens are for managing your own listing only. You must not use them to access, alter or extract another supplier's data, or to scrape the site at scale.

5. Affiliate arrangements and commission

Some listings are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when a customer clicks through and buys. Where an affiliate arrangement is in place:

• The commission rate, cookie window and payment terms are those of the affiliate programme or written agreement between us, not these Supplier Terms.
• Affiliate status does not buy ranking, a better Confidence Score, or protection from removal. Our Affiliate Disclosure explains how this is presented to customers.
• You will not deliberately strip, overwrite or block our tracking parameters, and you will report tracked sales accurately.

6. Paid placements and advertising

Featured placements, banners and other paid promotion are booked separately and are clearly labelled to visitors. Unless a written booking says otherwise: placements run for the period booked, fees are payable in advance, and bookings are non-refundable once the placement has gone live. We may decline or withdraw any promotion that we consider misleading, unlawful or damaging to visitors' trust.

7. Our trade marks and the website badge

PeptideSupermarket® and our logos are our trade marks. Nothing in these Supplier Terms transfers any right in them to you.

While you are listed, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to display the official "Listed on PeptideSupermarket®" badge on your own website, on these conditions:

• Use the badge as supplied from your supplier dashboard, without altering its wording, colours or proportions.
• Keep the link back to your profile page intact.
• Only display a badge you are currently entitled to. Verified and Confidence Score badges must be removed if the underlying status is withdrawn.
• Do not imply endorsement, approval, certification or partnership beyond being listed and compared.

This licence ends automatically if you are delisted or if we withdraw it, and you must remove the badge promptly on request.

8. Confidence Score

The Confidence Score is our own editorial assessment, published so visitors can weigh price against trust. It is produced independently: it cannot be bought, and no advertising, affiliate or commercial relationship influences it. You may submit evidence for assessment and ask us to review a score you believe to be based on incorrect information, but the final assessment is ours.

9. Your compliance obligations

You are solely responsible for your products, your website, your marketing and your compliance with the law in every market you sell to. In particular, you confirm that:

• Products offered to customers in Estonia are lawfully supplied for research use only, and are not marketed by you for human or veterinary consumption.
• You do not make medical, therapeutic or performance claims about research chemicals, and you will not ask us to publish such claims on your behalf.
• Your listings, pricing and promotions are accurate and not misleading, and any discount or promotional code you give us is genuine and honoured.
• You hold the rights to the images, logos and copy you supply to us.
• You comply with applicable consumer protection, advertising, data protection and product safety law.

10. Suspension, delisting and removal

We may suspend or remove your listing, your dashboard account, your badge entitlement or any paid placement, with or without notice, if we reasonably consider that you have breached these Supplier Terms, that your site is offline or insecure, that your prices or claims are misleading, or that continuing to list you would harm our visitors or our reputation.

Where a paid placement is cancelled by us for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the fee. We are not otherwise liable for loss of listing, ranking, traffic or sales.

11. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and the supplier dashboard are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free data, any level of traffic, clicks or sales, or any particular ranking.

Nothing in these Supplier Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the total fees you paid us in that period, or UK £100 if you paid us nothing.

You will indemnify us against claims brought by third parties that arise from your products, your website, the data you supplied to us, or your breach of these Supplier Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Supplier Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it last changed. Where a change materially affects you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify suppliers with a dashboard account by email. Continuing to be listed after a change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Supplier Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and the courts of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
